I have entered the SMTP and IMAP details correctly but it still won't send. I selected my btinternet IMAP account in the accounts window of the preferences panel, selected "Server Settings" and unchecked the "Automatically manage connection settings" checkbox in the SMTP section to open up the SMTP settings dialogue. Today all of our emails addresses would receive, but not send. So we can look in to this further, could you provide us with the full bounce back message you're receiving and the email headers.
